Ross will be jealous of how you have managed to bury those tyres.

With a 1.2m you should really be able to get Ku band signals over 42dB on a satellite at your location.

Have a look at the footprints offered in Lyngsat, for example

Eutelsat 36B at 35.9°E - LyngSat Maps

Of course the futher east and west your dish can move to the more satellites you will get , but the average limits are - very roughly - 45 degrees East and West

1.2 raven, superjack actuator, zgemma H2S for now

it is very sturdy, those are m12 1m threaded bar uncut so in the ground a good 700mm with m6 steel rope and buckles, it is needed up here very windy at times.

That's a nice and tidy install! Certainly some more tweaking will help bring other satellites into line.
