I have a Starsat SR X200CI Plus , which I am trying to connect to the PC with RS 232 Cable , but the prob is no connection or whatever , I click connect on Emupgrade or HEdit ( Channel Edit) nothing happens , even after turning on the receiver after clicking on connect , am I using the correct cable , 9to9 female ,available in market,if not do i hav to tamper it ,.
Do you know of any channel edit soft for the above said receiver ..

I have had similar issues in the past with that receiver. It turned out to be a faulty cable.
As far as the cable goes, make sure, you have
2--->3
3--->2
5--->5

In one occasion, the upload would not start till I had my USB flash drive plugged in. As soon as I removed it, the upload started.
