Hi friends Help me in understanding this problem

Dear Friends

I m having a digital fta satellite receiver in which once i was scanning i got access of watching some pay channels.(Beleive me i m not lying, its a fact).But the bootup process became slow so i again set the factory default to my receive after that i was unable to retreive the pay channels again. I do not think that any fta satellite receiver is having cam embedded in it and i did not provide any information except symbol rate and frequency to my receiver. Can any one tell me that how i was able to receive the pay channels on my receiver and how i can again do the same

FRIEND MY RECEIVER NAME IS SPACE1. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE CAN I FOUND ITS SOFTWARE. NOT EVEN THE PERSON FROM WHOM I BOUGHT THE RECEIVER KNOWS WHERE TO FIND THE SOFTWARE OF SPACE1 RECEIVER AND SECONDLY I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE SOFTWARE
