Hi

I almost know the problem ,all the transponders data in the Starsat SRX-650 software
are for Hispasat 1D Satellite, while all those channels are on Hispasat 1C

so how can i add Hispasat 1C TPs ,is there a site through the net or how can i do it manually ?

You should be able to add Tp's on your receiver (I don't have the same stb as you), and you should be able to add the channels separately via pid's, or something similar.

PS:- Don't these receivers come with a User's Manual ?
