skystar 2 pci dvb card
6 feet metal casted dish with full c/ku support.
My Location
Pakistan
Sir,
I wanted to know if anybody has used horn antenna for satellite reception or atleast used it as the feed for LNB if yes what are the construction and design details?

My Satellite Setup
28E 19E on 120cm Gibertini homemade sidemount with Gibertini feedhorn, Inverto C120. 5E 1W on 85cm triax. Digiality VC-CI 204 and Triax dvb-65s receivers. Matrix-cam not working. Swedish Canaldigital "local", Norwegian Viasat.

The lnb is a horn.

There is already one antenna which is on the market, 1m long is like a 50cm dish.
I have not found one site where it says do this exactly but the SETI-people seem to use a lot of these antennas.
There is a program HDL_ANT from arrl, there you can do some calculations.
