Is it possible to move a sky mini dish so it picks up another Sat?
Particularly hotbird 13 E, or astra 19.2?
Or is the dish too small?

Hmm, now what seems to be the problem?

The answer to your three questions is yes, yes, and yes again. It will work, but not completely, you should use a 60cm minimum for best results as some transponders are not so strong all over the uk............

As Dishdoctor says, 60cm is OK, will be fine for 19.2 (as will the minidish), but for 13E an 80cm is better, or perhaps a Zone 2 minidish as you'll probably pick one up for £40 or so, there are loads of second hand dishes available if you look around..
