How can i connect my computer to the receiver

I bought 2 female cable.
And i want to change the connections inside that cable inorder to make it RS232 cable as needed.

i know 2->3 and 3->2 and 5->5
but i already have the cable with colored wires inside. pin 2, pin3, pin5 which colors in the cable?
