how,can i delete,this wrong freqencys,that i have on many satelites but not,on all?

If its like the 7020 DB you can do it this way

Menu, 6, service searching, transponder edit.

Pick your satellite and edit away

I take it your trying to cut down on the time it takes the Dreambox to scan active transponders. Figuring there's no use looking at dead wood. Well, none of the images available do a very good job of scanning active transponders in the first place, The best of the lot is DSM's image. This is Dreambox's weak link.
You can edit out the Satellite.XML file as you chose, just keep the format straight. What would be a better plan, would be to install a new currently active Satellite.XML list file. Here's a site that offers customizable lists hxxp://satellites-xml.eu/
that should help greatly. It's monitored and upgraded daily.

I used this website to get a curreent xml file and it completely ballsed everything up. it records sly uk as being 28.4 then when you click on browse by sats guess what, all sly uk has gone! the entire 28.2 gone!!!

Oh and when it scans it does not find basic stuff like setanta and that.

anyone know of a better sat.xml site?
