I am sure that the games are broadcasted on Hot Bird 13E and perhaps Nilesat 7W.
So look into installing a dish pointing to these satellites first.

You can also have your dish pointing to Amos satellite on 4W (should be easy if you have Nilesat 7W).
The games are transmitted on Israel Channel 10 and it is FTA (Free To Air).
