1.2 channel master, cm polar mount, 12 inch actuator, Andrews feedhorn, Inverto lnb, Superjack positioner, Dreambox dm 500s, Protek 9600ip, 1m channel master with black ultra & 1m gibertini with technomate twin output lnb on astra 1/2, TM 5200 & 1000

Is a 2 foot deep by 2 foot square deep enough for a 3 inh pole for use with 96cm andrews/channel master dish.

Yes, a 600x600mm base sounds ok. If you can, place a couple of rods threw the base of the pole. This will prevent any future pole movement.

Depends on how high the dish is going to be above the ground, and the overall windspeeds experienced.

The pole is 6 foot in lenght. so its two foot in the ground and 4 foot over. The dish will be back against the fence and the top of the dish will be level with the top of the fence. so i wont have to worry about wind.

Sounds like it'll be a nice install and shouldn't experience any problem at that height. Be nice to see the pictures when your done :)
