How recive signal and resend from dreambox to dish to other dish

Hi need a bit of advice carnt seem to find what im looking for on the internet.

I am in spain i have a 2.4meter dish connected to a Dreambox and a paid subscription from the uk. for sky tv Every thing is working perfect.
Now my question is my mum lives 4km away in an apartment but she is only allowed to put up a very samll dish not a large one like mine as its rented and not allowed (she also has a dreambox)
IS it possible and if so what equipment would i need?
Ok instead off her pointing her dish to astra i would like to be able to set up a dish as a sender. so my mum could get a small dish and point it towards mine and recive channels from my dish and dreambox.

Any advise any at all to get me in the right direction.

Totally illegal to re-transmit, even if it were cheap and easy to do. Which it isn't.

You'll be in breach of BSkyB's Terms & Conditions, Spain's Telecomms regulations and no doubt loads else as well.
