My Satellite Setup

Matrix Reloaded Cam
Fixed dish 13E
My Location
Surrey/Berks Border
I want to direct my dish to capture the Hispat satellite at 30 degrees west.

What is 30 degrees west is it 30 degrees west of north? I assume that this must be the convention.

Pls answer so that I can set up the dish tomorrow

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Berkshire
Hispasat is 30 degrees West of South, all satellites are situated on the clarke belt, so they are geostationary over the equator.
