how to input BISS key in startrack 550d

guys i download the new Software into my startrack 550d plus ..from starsw..

all hotbird encrypted channel is working..

but i want to watch NBA but when i input the key in BISS .. its showing ******** all the key i try to change the key but nothing happen even i input a num ber it shows ****..

what can i do anybody knows this..
