How to re-eanable RS232 of ODS4000V!

Dear every body my reciver is ODS4000V, The sat supplier had locked the rs232 port and scan for new sat function. Because the card is almost empty and I would like to scan for new FTA chanel. So I can not re install the new firmware now. (even FTA firmware)

Please help me!!!. (or it will be througth away!)
