how to update astravox vsr-400 super

i am new member and i want knew how to update my receiver because when i want update my receiver it is give a me massege (( the downlouding is not requested))

Hi !
You must read the readme file carefuly.
Open loader, select CODE ...send open file new software, start ... switch receiver on-of and downloading start Thats it.
