humax 5400 and diseq problem?

? have humax 5400 and also 1.20 dish(diseq1.2)
the problem is ? can take signals from east satellites (from 68.5 to 5 east and only 1 west)
and no west satallite 4 me
what is wrong here?
how can ? fix west satellites?
how can ? get signal from west satallites?


? live in istanbul (a city of turkey)

VU+ Duo, Humax IRCI5400z, Sony Bravia KDL-32EX403, 1.1m Triax, Technomate TH-2600 DiSEqC mount, Sony BDV-E280 Home Cinema system, ancient Logik Freeview PVR.

We need a bit more information to answer your question. Are you sure that your dish is properly aligned? Have you tried moving the dish using the Installation/Service Searching facility on the menu?
