Humax foxsat HDR subtitles in time shift

Got a problem with our humax foxsat HDR whenever we use the live pause time shift we get subtitles showing until we return back to live TV with no way of removing them. Anyone know how to get rid of the subtitles in time shift mode ?

Known bug that keeps returning despite various updates.

On each and every Channel it happens upon (Fortunately there are only a handful!), you need to Exit or Back to get them to disappear then turn on and off Subtitles to prevent recurrence.

Very annoying.
