Is this on all channels, or just some?
Dear Xarien,
I notice Hydra defaults to a Polish channel whenever you do a change it can't cope with, or when booting.
Now it is a common feature of Polish TV, when showing a movie in English (or a non Polish language) to put the original language on the R channel and a kind of running Polish commentary on the L. So when the German says "Haende hoch" on R, the droning voice on L says (in Polish) "the guy with the uniform has just told the rest of them to put their hands up." Its always the same voice. He must make a fortune and good luck to him. A variant of this, in the dying days of analogue videocrypted Filmnet (hungarian?) was to irretrievably mix the two sound tracks so you couldnt even run a mono English audio track. It was the best 'encryption' device I ever heard.
I strongly suspect that this is what you have stumbled across.
Switch to Ned1 which hardly ever changes keys (the Dutch language is a strong deterrent in itself) and check there is only one language. Or Multivision, where the audio button will often give you the choice between FR and ENG. e.g. try the movie Les Associe (Matchstick Men) which has been runnning on MV for about 3 years and check you get one language on each audio selection.
