How to know the RAM for the reciever?
I have a 3200CU but i don;t know how to check if it 1M of 2M - can you help me?

also, is there is tools that can help for downloading the updates to the recever or to have a backup of the recever setup on the PC?

I have downloaded the upgrade for my STARSAT SRX 3200 CU . they have two files .
first file is 1M.

When i connected the serial cable , between the computer and the decoder, i ran the software. But it kept saying : WAITING FOR B00B ( something like that ! lol) , I clicked ok , but nothing happened !

Please what to do ? what is the right steps to do this upgrade?

any body know the key,sofware update to open Multivision package on SR-X32100 CU 1M Receiver .

make sure that ur cable is ok , and then start the software while the reciver is off ,then after starting the sw swithc on ur receiver .
i faced that before .
