Idiot's guide?

Many posts claim that the Idiot's guide explains how to use a DM with a sky card. I looked through the guide and can't find it. Can anyone tell me where it is in the idiot's guide? Thanks - an idiot :-)

There is also another thread somewhere of several pages, but cant remember where. If after reading, and you still cant figure it, am sure you can get help. Quick tip, goto the first link, I wrote something which should get it working in mins as I have the same model box as you.
