I'm only getting half of what I should be getting on Hispasat,

Hi everyone.

I finally got Hispasat working but I'm not getting everything - I'm getting half of the Taq package on this transponder/freq.: 12303 V but not the other half of the package on this one: 11931 V. As I'm pretty clueless with all this, any help/ideas please? In fact a lot of what's on Hispasat isn't working.

12303 and 11931 have different footprints.

I guess you are nearer one than the other.
