Hi again, I asked for some help some weeks ago on how to locate Hotbird 13 degrees and was given some kind advice by a couple of people however I was unable to find it. My system is currently on 19 degrees. I think the reason may be a slight obstruction by a fir tree. I wonder if you could tell me which FTA channel on hotbird has a particularly strong signal so I can see once and for all before I go out and buy a chain saw.

Thanks M8s

Try BBC World off Hotbird 1 here's the frequency and if you click on the 'Beam' in the right hand column you will see it has good coverage of the whole UK.

Try 12597 V 27500 3/4 BBC World Don't forget you need to make slow movements, allow the receiver time to receive the signal and display the picture
