Guys,

Does anyone have experience with Infinity USB programmer? This one: http://www.infinityusb.com/default.asp?show=productsdetail&ProductID=1

There is interesting thing in description.
Further cards/combinations of CPU/EEPROM will be added when new cards are available. The generic hardware/firmware ensures that only a software download will be needed for adding most new cards.

Does that mean that I can program Titanium card with this programmer?

Thanks!

No, you need the Infinity USB Phoenix (or Phoenix mentioned in the blurb) to be able to program tit cards.

Thanks! That's what I thought :(

Is that Infinity USB Phoenix the best programmer to buy (price/performance)? Or is there anything like it but cheaper and better?

Also - how do you think how long I will be able to watch TV (13E, 19.2E) with Titanium card? Is it good idea to buy these things?

Hi bremze
I recently bought an Infinity USB Phoenix,
The instruction manual is pretty useless, but their are help menus if you need them..I did because I didn't know how program my fun 7 card..I think it was my naivity at computing rather than the product not being good.. I can say the people at WB Electronics who make it are really helpful and have a forum for any questions..They also update their software quite regularly..

Look in the "Tutorials and How To Guides" Forum, there is information there on how to use the Infinity.

Hi,

Agree with you on the manual - you need a magnifying glass to read it. However saying that I have managed to download.
