Hi Dear Mates

Good Afternoon

I need some professional advices how to solve my problem.

I have an Intel Pentium-4 - 2.4 Ghz 512 DDR 40 GB HDD
64 VGA. Unfornately I installaed a wrong driver which had
forced me to format the system. After formatting I re-parti-
tioned the HDD making 4 Partitions. In the C-Drive I installed
Windows 98SE/D-Windoes 2000 Pro. E-XP Pro. but a loss
when I put the "Installer CD" I could not get the drivers
because it was a wrong CD provided by the H/W supplier.
I went to him but could not get the Original CD. I tried all
the steps/advices but still unable to install the Display/Sound
Drivers. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

With best regards/wishes

Mumtaz Rizvi :)

Hi mumtazrizvi
Please tell me why did installing a wrong driver force a reformat and re-partition????. Whichever of the three O/S's you had on originally Win98SE W2K or XP, never would an incorrect driver force you to do a reformat and repartition. All three O/S's have a safe mode to allow you to remove the incorrect driver safely so cut the crap and what is the issue about here??? Seems like bullsh*t to me!

Hi Dear Mates

Good Afternoon

Thanks a lot for the kind replies mates, I should look into it
(Brand Name) basically its a Desk Top (not laptop) computer
unbranded not like (Compaq/Dell/HP/IBM etc). It was working
properly but at that time I had only one system (Win 98SE).
I was installing the CD Writer Driver without having the original
CD provided by the hardware supplier but lost in transit.

Thanks again mates.

With best regards/wishes

Mumtaz Rizvi :)
