Installing offset dish onto a Polar Mount

Anyone out there who has installed an offset dish onto a polar mount.I wish to install an 90CM off set dish with a built in offset of 22deg.The polar mount will be driven by an actuator.

This is a common combination for dishes in the UK and is a straightforward installation here.

But your dish in South Africa will be pointing much higher towards the sky (possibly 30° higher) than here in the UK. I don't know whether that means it is a more complicated installation.

Hi, being in South Africa you are almost directly below the Clark Belt, your look angle can be easily found using LyngSat which is a website that you can use to find out all the exact look angles for any satellite from any region in the world. The listings for all satellites are also provides with all details for anyone looking for satellite positions with their exact location as a reference point.
