Found the Black Ultra noticeably stronger than the Blue PLL on certain transponders across the arc.

I have the SINL40-ULTRA.

It’s a good performer and is consistent.

I do get better results on my Golden Media GM-201 though on certain transponders on certain sats.

When I get a bigger dish I’ll do another comparison.

What is the F/D ratio of your Dish antenna on which you have tried both of these lnbs. My dish F/D ratio is 0.75 So i guess PLL-1 with extra large feedhorn would work better for dish antenna which is not too deep? or should i go for the new PLL-2 ?

Definitely black ultra if the antenna is motorized. If the antenna is fixed, it depends on which satellite you use the antenna for.
