did you measure Inner diameter of Inverto Ultra Black single precisely
from my measurements of Inverto Ultra Black Dual Inner diameter Is 18,2 mm

I know that it is not so easy to measure precisely inner diameter. Only very special tools can do that. So, 18 or 18.2 both right enough.

By defining the outer diameter you are restricting the feed to accept more upper band at the expense of lower band.

You can achieve similar results by trying a few folds of food can (or drink can), carefully inserted (oooerrrr ) to not disrupt the usual signals.
