Is BBC testing on 28.2E 10847 V 22000 5/6?

I read this info on another board but since i cannot receive vertical transponders from my location,i cannot get it.
Can someone from western europe confirm this?

I saw post on Satdudez with this info and checked it out from my location SE England.

I got lots of channels but nothing that could be cleared. I got some data channels & one NDS channel.

I don't doubt the post was correct (reliable source) so I assume they are testing pre the formal launch.

Just tried on the digibox and got a channel name of BBC ONE LN, just a blank screen, but there is a transmission there.

Yes they are transmitting now 22:41hrs 30/4/2003....BBC ONE LN...Crime Watch Update..
Location Central UK...
