hi can anyone tell me if they can pick up eurobird 3 inthe uk and what size dish is required its at 33deg on the b beam thanks

Of course its possible, although there isnt much tv broadcast off it - its optimised for data/internet transfer.

suggests the downlink power is 50-48dBW across most of the UK, so this is equivalent to 60cm.

33*east, 11679V, 27500, 3/4, 80+strength & Quality at the top end stop.
Just waved a minidish at the channel on that sat, 80 strength and 80 quality.
Reception here from some of the transponders from that bird are just as strong as $ly.
Take a look at footprints by going to _http://www.flysat.com/ebird3.php.
As Analoguesat mentions most transmissions are feeds/data/web connections.
It would help if the O/P put his location is his profile, not his address.
