and if ok how big dish shall i use

It is very, very low on the south eastern horizon, You would need an almost ideal horizon to stand any chance of getting it - so if you have any hills out to the south east, tall buildings, tall trees, forget it.

Yes, with absolutely nothing in the way of the dish, not even a slight incline.

Weather will also have an impact on the final reception, as a result of the extre atmosphere the signal has to go through, as well as ground noise.

It all depends on where in the UK you are as well, SE is always best, once you get to Manchester, you may as well forget it.

I was thinking of trying to get permission to put up a dish on top of the lighthouse at St Catherine's point on the Isle of Wight to improve my seeable arc.

From Suffolk (Isle of Wight ?) you should see everything up to about 73 degrees East and West of your location.
