Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction?, Is it possible to recieve any other channels in the uk using an old sky analogue box pointed at any other satalite. or using a sky digital reciever to pick any thing other than astra 28.8 degrees east.

Depends on size of dish and age of receiver

Plenty out there based on 80cm or above in analogue

From the East to West - smaller dishes

Turkish (42 East)
European and other (19 and 13 East)
Feeds (16, 10, 3 East, )
French (5 West)

On a larger dish

Iranian (60 East)
Italian feeds (18 West)
Many other feeds (all over)
If you have a Pace or clone receiver/decoder then there are also C band feeds that can be received by inverting the vidoe signal
