TV with built in Freeview/ Virgin Media TiVo V6 box
My Location
UK
King of Sat is showing this broadcasting FTA:

11973V, 31000, 9/10, DVB-S2, 8PSK

"VVC Test Transmission"

Someone has tried tuning it with no success.

Could it be this? I've never heard of it before:
