Looking at this cable, is it any good?

As it`s cheap. 50m for £18 delivered.

sounds too good to be true.

for digital coax you want coax that is copper on copper
that what they are selling mite have a copper core but the braid and foil is tin i wouldent get it if it was me

It hasn't got a copper core, it is copper clad steel.

OK for running extra TV points etc, but I wouldn't use it for satellite installations.

i stand corrected

1.00mm copper clad steel centre conductor
A bonded aluminium foil and 60% aluminium braid provide 100% shield coverage
mind you it is a good few years since i used rg6
its got to be about 20 years
sorry for any miss leading caused

I don't think it was particularly cheap either. I paid £40 delivered for wf100 (100m reel), which isn't that much more per metre than the RG6. I did not shop around, so maybe could get it cheaper.
