I've set up a couple of the 80cm ones and was singularly unimpressed with the quality, particularly with the flimsy nature of the azel bracket.

No satellite stuff for the moment (aside from a 43cm minidish that was on the house already), Samsung SyncMaster T27B550 Smart TV & Monitor, and a few computers...

There's an 80cm ISS dish near where I live, mesh type, it looks ok, but I wouldn't buy one for myself... O-no

They just look like the old 80cm Mesh analogue sky dishes to me...

Basically am between ISS 1.5(1.6x1.5) or Gibertini 1.6m.

I found the ISS for 205 pounds (inc. shipping & ground stand) and the gibertini for 220 (inc. shipping). What you think?

1.2Mtr Polar MTG yes it has been on the arc for 35 years and is now fixed on 13 East using two pairs of rusty molegrips. Unlike me they never groan but always perform.
