Then do a scan of the transponder and check that you get the right channels. If you don't succeed at first, adjust the elevation slightly and try again. Once you are roughly aligned you may wish to make a final adjustemnt on a weaker transponder, like one of the 2D ones.</p><p></p><p>I admit, I used to use a meter, but got cheesed off with it, now I just use my receiver.
