All ITV's are now reported fta. The encryptions have been turned off one tp at a time over the last hour or so.

Only Channel 4 and Five to go...

Think they still have long contracts.

Both of them have contracts until at least 2008.

DiseqC is my new best buddy. One S-y box down (and S-y+ will never go, the wife'd kill me).

I now have all my footy through one box. Can't say fairer than that (again, perhaps only the wife agrees :D)

Are Channel4 and five not part of ITV family?

Interestingly, last night, Sky3 was watchable (although encrypted) on my Freesat card, would be nice if it lasts, there's some good progs!

Nope - completely seperate companies. And both have long encryption contracts, so dont expect them to go clear before 2008 at the earliest (4) or 2009 (5)

OK, analogue sat, fine, it's just I don't previously remember a channel called "Sky3", former "Sky1 and Skyextra" were previously encripted, so I always used to skip over them, and missed when Sky3 appeared .....
