I wish somebody could beam me up. I got a million calls yesterday about losing ITV. Spent all day explaining over the phone how to add channels,but 10.832H will not work all night on a lot of dishes in Limassol (mines okay though)

Zorba i retuned two dishes on friday, and used the new itv transponder, on both dishes the signal was a very low -5 compared to 4-4 on cenral.
both dishes were 2.7
will monitor the results over the next few days and post my findings

I work for the local Council as an extremely badly paid and at the moment extremely hacked off school technician.

I'm just a general sat hobby nut.

You mean what is left on 2C as actually there is not that much left there for discussion.

I believe the next thing we will see from ITV is the move of its HD channel to 2D.

Not necessarily. Its quite possible 2D has to lose one tp. Its official spec sheet states it operates 15 tp's, 16 to begin with. As its about half way through its life it *might* be time for SES to reduce its total payload by switching off one frequency.
