The Eu use so much of that red tape they end up strangling themselves on it (I wish) and never agreeing to anything. This is why we are still trying to take the curve out of bananas. As for watching tv on your mobile give it 3 years..

On the other hand my brother in the US has just told me that his mobile phone operator has just introduced international text messaging, WOW!! although not to the country where I live. So we're pretty well off!
