!Just received 2 Dreamboxes!

I have just received 2 Dreamboxes, one for myself and one for my brother.

Total price was £ 587 inclusive of shipping and everything for

2 x Dreambox 7000 with 160 gb hard drives
1 x .3 Platinum lnb

okay I did have to flash the box once I received it to 1.08 but that was easy, I am now looking for EMU's and other bits and pieces.

I copied an adult film onto the dreambox as a tester and now it plays all the time even after a reboot. probably because I have not attached the dreambox to a satelite yet.

Does anyone know where the "recorded movies" folder is on the root folder so that I can FTP straight into it?

Sure, it's /hdd/movie.

Get a different image though.

I like Hydra Atlantis 1.08 final, but everyone has their favourites...

If you go into file mode you can access three areas -

root
hardisk
recorded movies

its the recorded movies area that I am trying to get to.

Also I have 1.08 enigma installed on mine where did you get the atlantis 1.08 final image from??

I believe that 'recorded movies' is just a pointer to the location I gave you.

Read the howto and some other DB threads here for down-under locations for your image...

Also plenty of info on TCD.
