I've seen three options you can try:
A) Enter 46 33 30
On the box itself press EXIT+EXIT+EXIT and then on the remote 1+0+0+0+0+0+0
C) Press red - green - yellow - blue --> and the pin is reset to 0000
If none of this works you can reset you box to the factory defaults in the menu first and then at least the last two options should work
