keep losing Freesat signal

hi I have a bush free-sat receiver and I keep losing channels when it rains.looking at my neighbors dish mine looks to be pointing a few deg different to his are the dishes positions very sensitive would it be worth trying to move mine or could I totally screw it up

Find a weak channel then GENTLY press the sides then top & bottom of the dish in turn to see if you can improve it.

If you cant find as weak signal soak a tea towel and drape it over the lnb (the bit on the end of the arm) and see if you can artificially make a weak signal.

Dont press too hard - a gentle deflection is all you want. If you can improve a signal slacken the mounting bolts off a little and move the dish a LITTLE in that direction.

WE always sduggest you mark the mounts / bolt with marker pen / pencil / tippex so if the dish moves to much and you get lost you can reset and start again.
