Make the most of it - its only the Viaccess 2.6 channels open. Most of the providers already have the Viacess 3.0 encryption streams up and running so as soon as they flick a switch they will go dark again.

Not exactly the most exciting packages to become available anyway are they?? :D

Not possible - SABC is secure scrambled in Nagra 3.

If you want to watch then you subscribe.

If you dont want to pay then you do without.

Your choice.

You really are quite something.
SABC has not moved or changed to Nagra 3... yet anyway.
Only eTV has been moved to Nagra 3.

Either be polite if you really know the answer and keep quiet if if you dont.
You obviously dont know so dont comment.
I am sitting watching it right now quite fine on Nagra 1
Really for an honorable elder ...

Let me remind you that being rude to an administrator is a really quick way to get your account suspended.

We cant get SABC here in Europe, and I was only passing on information that had been provided by other forum members from the southern Africa area last year when they disappeared. :D

Hello!
I was looking to buy a Vu+ Duo2. I want to know if there is any way of using BISS keys on Black Hole 2.1.5
If there is please tell me.
Thanks
(I want to unlock free british channels via 27.5)

Those channels aren't FTA, if they were you wouldn't need keys. BISS is an encryption standard.
The VU+ Duo 2 is a very good receiver but, from what I've read, requires a different image, to Black Hole, and some files, to handle the channels on 27.5W, which requires a certain amount of expertise, or reading, to be able to do it.
Have you ever used an Enigma 2 receiver before, like a Dreambox?
Also you never know how long the keys will be available, and if the provider will update their encryption standard, to stop illegal viewing.

Do you have a VU+ Duo 2? In your profile it just states you are considering getting a VU+ Duo 2 and a 110cm dish, which might be referring to the Triax 1.1M.
Have you ever used a VU+, or a Linux based, receiver before?
You need to first install an image, as stated those channels don't seem to open with Black Hole, you'd need to load a different image, like Open Pli, or other.
You will also need a FTP, File Transfer Protocol, like FileZilla, which is free, and included in the VUCC, VU+ Control Centre.
You then need to load a version of Oscam, that works, and FTP some files, to your receiver, including lamedb.
You then also need to edit some files, using your PC, and the FTP program, to change the files attributes to 755.
It is a complex procedure, which I haven't bothered with, as I live in the UK and never view any British television channels, especially the BBC.

I think i'll buy a cheap BISS box and use a rf modulator to mix it with my cable tv signal, and connect it then to the dvb c port. I rather waste 50€ for everything listed above then risking to brick a 350€ product. Thanks anyway.
(I searched and I discovered that this allows me to watch sport feeds. A sports tv subscription for all leagues except english and greek here is 27€, and because the rights for the leagues listed before are from other tv company it would be plus 10€. 50€ seems very reasonable, even if its just for 2 months :D

The VU+ Duo 2 is a very good receiver, but as with most Enigma 2 receivers they can take quite a bit of work, to get everything working.
They are very difficult to "brick", as they are more like a PC, if anything goes wrong you just flash the image again, a bit like re-loading windows.
Why not contact our sponsors, they might have a more suitable receiver, for your needs.
