You will have to expand on what it is that you don't understand. Perhaps, also, you could tell us what you do understand as some of this might be wrong.

You need to understand that there is Free To Air coverage receivable in the UK, but it comes from Germany, Italy or France (well, French audio from Switzerland).

Do you have language skills?

If not, you could listen to Radio 5 Live and watch TV with muted sound - but the Audio will lead the Video by two or three seconds.

I would like to use my sky dish to receive f1 from other country and listen to 5 live. Then put my dish back to normal, so misses watches her animal program, plse help

The dish is facing south east can anyone help. Would it be better if I get a bigger dish? I really would love to watch f1
