Five US are currently fta on 12422H 27500 2/3 tagged as "7505". Its flagged as encrypted so its NOT going to be available to dodgyboxes. On proper receivers only Im afraid to say.

7505 now scrambled into NDS.

ITV Play has confirmed that it is to axe its daytime output, This Morning Puzzle Book and The Call will both end on Friday 22nd December.

None if that 'smooth jazz' nonsense. The real thing I understand - Miles, Thelonious, Dizzy, songstresses Diana Krall, Madeleine Peyroux.

Let's hope it doesn't go the way of Jazz FM.

Looks like Eat Cinema will be rebranding to My Channel. The licence name has been c hanged on the Ofcom list this afternoon.

RTE are to launch in the UK. It will be a channel for Irish expats, and we will NOT be getting the full RTE package. Until we get more details I shall refer to the channel as RTE (UK). Its expected to launch early in 2007.

W are now into the "Sky platform freeze" for the Christmas / New Year period. There will not be any more changes to epg numbers until after the end of the holiday period (unless a company goes bankrupt....)

News for those of you that use the Sky Box Office signed service:

Please note that from January 3rd 2007 the Signed service on SBO 745 will no longer be available. Audio Described films will continue to be available on channel 744."

SBO 745 appears to be closing completely.

Reports are circulating that Channel 6 Ireland will be joining the platform in February (on Irish cards only)

Good - that way we won't need to turn to Sirius any more if we want to watch it. All what we need now is a decent epg from RadioTimes, to wrap up things.

Its almost certainly not going to be on UK cards - you will need an Irish card

Have I ever said otherwise :-)
I have both an Irish Family pack subscription card, and a UK SKY "blue house" FTV card (and a CanalDigital card, and a TVV card).
and with only 2 internal card readers, and a lot of programmed events, this takes serious planning to keep all of them alive, believe me .....
