Maybe it is a late response but i was lost too.

the lazer 2003 fta is the same as the neotionbox 3000,

i have a lazer 2003. i use to upgrade it from sky softwares or neotions.. but now i c ant find the new software. the latest virgion i have is 14.. i saw 15.5 once, but the file is corrubted.
