Watching both Swedish 2 and BBC 1 right now but the content isn't always the same, guess they can choose from where in the world they like to broadcast the live performance from.

Have to say the sound quality has been superb and the actual sound mixing has been the best I have heard from a live concert (the Hyde Park one).

Well, I must say, that after watching the whole thing from the start..
FANTASTIC!!!!
Waited all day for Floyd, after 24 years sounded bloody great and you just knew that they would play Wish you were here. A great finish to a great day.
Free Africa!!! FLOYD RULE!! ;)

PS (Kind of a shame Queen weren't there.)

Gotta agree that Floyd were great but so was most of the day. The opening with P Mc and U2 was spine tingling and I found myself getting almost emotional. I was also impressed by Keane, Coldplay, Travis, sterophonics et al and The Who were brilliant.

Anyone else think that Roger Waters looks like Richard Gere nowadays?

I thought that..... but then I blamed it on the fact I didn't have my specs on!

Bloody brilliant concert, Geldof has done it again should make him a Sir again, Sir Sir Bob Geldof.
All the acts were great, except Robbie I bloody love myself Williams (how does someone with f-all talent end up with so much cash :-doh!), and I don't think we needed Maria Carey telling us that "this is my latest record".

But apart from that well done everyone. Just one thing I would have liked to have seen would have been Pink Floyd singing "The Wall" with the African children's choir, that would have been great.

:-clap :-clap :-clap

I though Velvet Revolver were great but I've listened to them a lot before so I am biased.
Floyd were good too, that haunting sound was still there.:-clap1

Agree about Maria Carey and she always wants something else. Glass of water, mike stand. Still those thighs looked the biz. Not that I noticed of course.;)
