i hope my question makes sense as im a newbie when it comes to feedhorn lnbs
What type of dish are you trying to add these LNB's to? A Ku band dish? Or a "C" band dish?

Hi -
Yes there is a hex allen screw at the bottom of the small hole on the side of the feedhorn ... its likely to be
seized / tight ... soak with wd40 or similar ... take care not to cause damage to hex screw or feedhorn

O.K .... yes dont rush it .. that feedhorn metal is quite soft and a bit thin near the screw .... they do get seized in the casting..... the hex key i use is 2.5mm (it may take one a fraction bigger) you may be lucky, if someone greased the screw last time it was out ... a couple of pics from my fibo 90 that may help. if it proves to be troublesome it may be easier to unbolt the 4 bolts holding the l.n.b. to the flange, and just bolt on a bought C120 . or a modified black ultra l.n.b.f.

Cut of the horn with my lathe , machine the OD of the waveguide at 25 mm .
That fits exactly in the Fibo horn .
Lnb in the picture is KOSCOM but almost any type can be modded .
