hello. I bought a new receiver and I don't know how to find any loader or keys for it. I had Star Sat before but with this new one, it looks like stupid for me. Is there anyone that can help me?:-cry1:-cry1:-cry1

Theres very little open on keys & patches these days. You missed the days of multiple packages easily opened by 2 - 3 years :D

You could try a google search for powersat 5300, but all I seem to have found is information that this receiver might be a clone of a different receiver, if it is then there might not be any software for it.
Did you buy this new or second hand?

What are you hoping to gain from updating it? Is it short on functionality?

no it's working fine. the point is that for the previous receiver that i had (starsat 130), every time that i was updating, some channels would open. i thought that if i can update this one also, i can open some more channels that are locked now.

Does your PowerSat 5300 have the facility to upload softcam files like the starsat? If not, you can't do much about opening encrypted providers.

If it's an Ali based receiver you'd expect the firmware to be upgradable to allow both key entry (with emu) and connection to WSP.

You obviously did not understand post#2 - there is very little nowadays that can be decrypted by modifying software or adding keys etc.

So what CAID's are not supported by WSP?
