My Satellite Setup

My Location

Hi i can't get my head around what to put in my reciever

My long and lat are

52.274611 Lat
-0.558077 Long

Ive a Spiderbox 9000HD so what exactly do i enter when setting up ?

On my stb i put in 52.2 N for latitude
But for Longitude i have to put in 000.0 ?
So how do i put in 0.55 west ?

Oh i see what you mean ill try putting that in as I've just put 1.0W for the time being

No it won't let me put that in either :( If i just put in 1.0W will it make a lot of difference ?

Why not 0.5 or 0.6 ?

My Satellite Setup
Laminas 1.2M fibre dish with an IBU, on a Clarke Tech USALS motor, covering 57E - 24.5W to an Octagon SX88. Displayed on a 20" Dyon LED TV.

Seperate 80 cm dish on 28E with a Humax Freesat for SWMBO.
Free Sat V8 meter. Sony Bravia 46" LCD, Sony BluRay and Home Cinema.

Found this, it may help :

Spiderbox 9000HD Beginners Set-up Guide

Press the menu button.

Select the Installation section by scrolling right/left

Go to motor setup, press OK

Enter pin code "0000"

Press the green button to allow you to enter your longitude and latitude.

Longitude is switched between E & W by pressing the < and > buttons.

Enter your longitude by using the number keys. Note: if your Longitude is 1.5W (for example) you must enter 001.5W in this field.

Enter your latitude, e,g, 55.6N. You can change N to S with the arrow keys too, but most of you won't want to do that.

Scroll down to save and press OK.

(Therefore, in your case, I'd try entering 000.5W)
