any one can introduce me a way for internet when city interne DSL disconnect?

even 30kbps internet is fine

i have TBS qbox DVB
i have 1,2m dish
i have LNBF and normall LNB

or there is any simcard satellite ?

just need have internet without any connection in city

No - 4G is a terrestrial service not satellite

Well in Europe we have things like Tooway but you will have to do some research to see whats available in Iran.

If you can wait a few years the Google Project Loon are planning on delivering internet via high altitude balloon across the world to areas with no reliable internet access. Its in the testphase at the moment.

You need a special modem uplink lnb.

Dont forget you need a path two ways for an internet connection - data down into your computer PLUS a return path. Early internet from satellite used satellite downlink and a phone line return path - but if your phone infrastructure is down then even if thats still available (which I doubt) its no good for you

i just want know, i have not any connection , and i have DVB
for two way i can use DVB and not buy modem sat?

As Analoguesat said, there used to be satellite one way with phone for the uplink, I don't know if it is still running. However, there seem to be ways but they are expensive:

Inmarsat had something specifically for emergency access in the maritime industry however it was under scrutiny a few years back in the Middle East.

Otherwise the five main contenders for satellite phone (and internet) providers with footprint coverage for the region are
Thuraya, Globalstar, Inmarsat, Terrestar, Iridium, but not necessarily in that order.
